I use it everytime I shower and it makes a huge difference in the volume of my hair. After I dyed my hair three times in one year, I have been suffering from thinning hair. This doesnt make my hair spontaneously grow more strands, but it makes my existing strands thicker so it looks like I have fuller hair. My only con would b that for such a small bottle it is quite pricey especially since I also use the conditioner. A bottle only lasts me at MOST a month if i shampoo my hair 3-4 times a week (I have medium-long hair). I also use the lee stafford hair treatment which helps my hair grow fuller. I've never tried the Living Proof Full Shampoo, but I'll be back for a comparison review.

I live in a dry arid climate and my hair has become dry, flyaway, and breaking. It doesn't help that we have hard water issues as well. Bought the sample size of Ojon and loved it. When sample was gone I went back to old shampoo, a day later I was back at Ulta buying a full size. Makes my colored straight dry hair look shinny and soft without looking greasy.
