I was excited to try this but after two uses I was not impressed. The colors have no pigmentation, I felt like I was piling on product to get any color at all. They do not blend well and looked splotchy when I used some for my eye crease. I returned this,

I love the Tarte amazon clay blushes and I figured anything in the line would be great too. I was sadly mistaken, for how expensive this pallet is, it's poor quality. It's worse than a cheap drug store product. I would return it if I had not thrown away the box and receipt.

I was super excited to finally find eye shadow that didn't have all those allergens and parabens. It appears that every combination of colors I tried all look the same. I followed the card, which was handy, and applied each look on my eyes side by side. I could barely tell the difference. Why have 10 different colors when they all look the same. I can get 3 colors for cheaper. So disappointed.
The eyeliner was messy to use and I didnt' see any benefit from the bonus primer.

This is a great palette. Lots of matte colors and neutrals for everyday wear plus some fun colors for nighttime looks. It includes a great brush too. I like that you can buy refill shadows for the palette - that makes it even more cost-effective. I would have given this 5 "lips" if the eyeliner that comes with it was not such a mess. If you use any pressure at all when applying it, the eyeliner breaks off and smudges all over your lid. Big mess!

Must admit, I was a little disappointed as I truly love Tarte products, but this set of shadows didn't measure up to their usual high performance. I'd give it an "OK" but was looking for a "WOW" ... Seemed as though the pretty colors applied too thick, even using the brush that comes in the kit..
