Dont mind the sparkle at all but its the gold pigment. I am fair skinned and if there is not shadow where I put the primer you can see the gold contrast against my skin. For example, around your brow bone, its hard to cover with a neutral color, like white color to highlight the area. Bought it during the beauty steal, I am not sure Ill buy it again. I prefer the MAC primer that I have been using for years or the Mary Kay primer.
It does work well with all brands of eye shadow, again, if you're fair dont use with lighter color eye shadows.
Also, start with a tiny bit first. It goes a long way!

I ordered this product during the March promotions - it was on sale 50% off...and now I see why it was only the Greed that was on sale...I LOVE Urban Decay, and I love their primer potions...but this one is just TOO GOLD...it is very sparkly...would be better for a younger customer...

I recently purchased this on sale and thought I would give it a try since I wasn't paying full price. I had heard so many reviews on it being amazing but I was so dissapointed the first time I used it! The product had a tube which was not ideal for applying. I really struggled to apply it only to the areas I wanted and since it was glittery, it was noticable if I used to much. Blending the product was virtually impossible! I also felt like it "dried" quickly on the skin so I had to blend it insantely quickly to even attempt to use it properly. I have very tan skin and the color of the product was not right for me either. It was very light and the glitteryness stuck out like a sore thumb on me. If I used a light or shimmery eyeshadow, it looked cakey and extremley fake looking. Overall, I'd say the product was not worth the time. The product was terrible in terms of blending and the color was just way too light. There is no way I would reccomend this to any friend!
