I used this hair dryer for a few days and each time I used it, it tangled up my hair so bad. I had to rip some out and that was very disturbing to do that to my hair. It needs to have a wider spout on it to reduce tangles. Returned it for a larger one.

The dryer is a little heavy but the results are well worth it. I was a skeptic when I read another review at Ulta that said they noticed a difference the first time they used this dryer. I used to put product in my hair before blow drying and still had to use extra product to help minimize dry ends after blow drying. With this dryer and the argan oil that comes with it, I no longer need the other two products I was previously using. You will pay extra for this dryer now but it will save money on the extra styling products you can now eliminate. LOVE IT!

After blowing up my SECOND Conair Infinity hair dryer in three years and my old backup Conair 1875 model that I've had for 15 years within a week of each other, I thought it was time to try something new. After my friend and I went to Ulta to try all the new-fangled hair dryers (who knew there was one with a frickin' TOUCH SCREEN?!?), I decided to go with the One 'n' Only. I love this dryer! It is a little heavy, but is nicely ergonomic and fits well in my hands. It gets super hot, so I've found that the best way for me to blowout my shoulder-length, very thick and wavy hair is to fully dry my hair on medium heat, full air and using only my fingers and a big pick. After I get the majority of my hair dry, I change over to medium air and high heat and use a round brush to straighten and volumize. It works AMAZING! It doesn't take any longer to dry my hair and I love the way it looks and feels after using this blow dryer. Now let's hope it lasts me a few more years than the last 2 Infinity's did!

Very powerful dryer. Dries hair quickly and easy to use. I have very thick hair and need something with power. The only downside is the low setting is like the high on most dryers so there is not really a low level blow.

I have very thick, course hair. The first time I used it was the day I bought it...my daughter took my old dryer out of town and had nothing. My hair air-dryed and so I blow dried it st straighten my waves...it made my hair soo soft and smooth...I LOVE IT!!!
