I have very sensitive skin (eczema, hives, etc.) and was hoping to have found something to use for my constant blemishes. I love that this conceals and heals at the same time but found that it does not conceal as well as a concealer. I use it before bed as well as in the morning. While I do believe it works (slowly), it does also dry out my skin. This may not be a problem for people who do not already have dry skin. Because my blemishes are grouped in certain areas, I swiped the entire area to later find skin peeling in that area. Even with extra moisturizer, I peel.

So, this does help blemishes a bit but its drying. I've found salicylic acid from elm bark and tea tree to work about the same or better but the pro here is that it conceals and is easy to use with makeup.

I have been using BE since the product came out the market. I love the foundation. Just recently bought the blemish therapy. So far so good, but cost too much for such a little container.

This is a great product for minor blemishes and breakouts- if you have severe acne see a dermatologist. It can be brushed right on to your blemish and applied below or on top of make-up- I do both. It is sheer but if you want you can layer it on or put a lot on your brush to put on- I do this at night if I am not applying any make-up over it. It is great for sensitive skin and the only negative is it does not smell great- but any blemish or acne products that work rarely do!

I've had trouble skin my whole life and I'm about to turn 30 and I was like what the heck I will try it. I've tried everything out there-Proactiv,philosophy,murad, dermalogica and so on. This was out of my price range but so worth it. I put in on before I went to bed and the next morning I could see a difference already. It blew me away and I'm going to use this from now on.

I am a long time user of many Bare Minerals prodcuts but is the first time I have used the Blemish Therapy... like very much. Great for specific blemishes or prevention in a prone area. Use very little so will go far. Only con is the smell... active ingredient of sulfur has a distinct odor so I have been opting to use at bedtime but the results are great!

I have been using this product now for a little over a week, there isn't much indication of how to use the brush but I guess it comes with trying it. I do think that it has resolved some of my pimples but I can't tell test if it is helping with blackheads. There is some degree of coverage and it seems to leave me with a slightly airbrushed look. I saw reviews about it smelling bad... There is a slight sulfur odor but it really isn't bad, barely noticeable when trying to smell it... I am happy with the purchase and think that it should last for a while despite using on a decent amount of my face and sometimes chest.

Great for clearing up blemishes and acne. Good alternative to using a concealer.

If you have adult acne, USE THIS PRODUCT. It cleared up the acne on my cheek area and it's been so long since I've had a bad break up on my in that area that the acne scars are fading. Very pleased.

after 30 some years of acne i have finally found a product that covers and clears blemishes. put this on at bedtime and the pimple disappears it also covers and conceals during the day without the dry scaly effect of other products yeah!
