I bought this flat iron in August of 2012 and it was fantastic. It really straightened my hair and kept it straight. However, this morning it burned out, and would not heat up. I'm really disappointed considering i didn't have it for even a year. It works initially, but be aware, it burns out very quickly.

Get this for Valentines day from the hubs. Never heard of it before but the stylist in the salon recommended it to him. It works great! I use it at least 3 times a week and have semi curly hair. (I was long but I had to cut it due to coloring damage) this works like a dream, with my old flat iron I had to go over and over and over the hair to get it straight. With this I can just go over it once! It cut my straightening time from an hour to like 15-20 mins. Yay! I've used it on my daughters hair (she has real thick long wavy hair) and it works great on her hair too! I love this flat iron! Hats up fast and turns off after a while of not being used! Good for those of us with short memory! ;)

Maybe it's my own fault that I wasn't too thrilled with this product... I guess I expected a small flat iron miracle based upon the reviews. My sister recently purchased a Chi and raved about it so I was going to buy one as well until I came across the reviews for Croc. To me, it's just the same as any other flat iron except more expensive. I currently use Jilbere Titanium (I get it at a different salon store), it does the same thing the Croc did, but it's half the price. There wasn't anything necessarily wrong with this product, but for a lesser price you can get one with comparitable quality.

The two things that did really annoy me about this product is the long cord and it kept falling over when I set it down, no wonder a heat pad came with it!

I've had this flat iron for just about 2 years now. I've had absolutly no issues with it at all! It still heats up fast and there is no damage. It seriously looks brand new after 2 years! While this is a great flat iron, I wouldnt suggest this for people with thick hair. I have thick, wavy hair that goes down past my bottom, and this flat iron just takes way too long to do my hair. This flat iron is really great though if you have normal/fine hair. I ended up getting a flat iron from NuMe recently and it works alot better for my hair type. I still love my Croc.. but I just wanted a flat iron that is actually able to curl the hair easily and the Croc couldnt do that for me!

This is by far the best flat iron I have ever purchased! I have poker straight, thin hair which I keep on the shorter side and this iron is perfect. It's light weight and very durable. Multiple heat settings, longer cord and heats up quickly. Perfect for when you are running late and need to get in and get out lol. Well worth the price!

My hubby got this for me for valentines day! I wasn't expecting anything from him but this was so great! Never even heard of this product before this! Works great, works fast and I love it!

The one time I used it I loved it. But it would not heat up again after that. I ended up returning it.

Does a very good job!! I love a straightner that leaves my wavy hair super straight. I got alot of compliments. Its not a very good at curling but I also think I just need to get the hang of it and get more practices. I am very satisfied.
