I live in Florida, and my hair is fine and prone to be frizzy due to the humid weather here. I absolutely love the Croc! It smooths my hair in 1 pass and stays frizz free all day. I have used many other flat irons, such as Chi, Sedu, and Solia and this by far is the best.

I purchased a flat iron the broke less than 13 months after purchase. Of those 13 months I only used it 6-7 months. When they received my flat iron for repair they never contacted me. I called and was told the repair time was 10-12 business days. The website and insert in my package say 3-5 business days. I called they said they could not find my flat iron and would call me back. I never heard from them so I called them back. They told me my flat iron did not have any contact information with it. That is false I checked several times before sealing package to make sure I included contact informaiton. After having my flat iron 20 days and me calling them they told me it would take another 4-5 business days. I will never buy another Croc even though I like them better than Chi. Quailty and customer service are terrbile.Does any know of a good flat iron for thick natrully curly hair?

After going thru several CHIs, a babybliss and a few others I think I have found the one. love that it heats up fast makes me able to do my long wavy hair fast. Have gotten many compliments on how straight my hair is. Its a Lil bulky but worth it. I was weary because I had never heard of this brand a Lil pricey but also worth it. So far...so good!

I had the same product for maybe two years or so. This product is highly durable and survived many drops before there was ever any sign of damage. When it was cracked (my fault) it did snag my hair a bit, but not even enough to complain about. I have long, thick, wavy/curly hair, and this flat iron has worked very well for me, which is why this is my second time purchasing it. It's well worth the money.

Great straight iron - holds in moisture and is very effective against humid, rainy days. I have course, thick, curly hair - and it is very effective!
