Bought this shampoo & cond. in a large set with pumps, at my Hair Salon. Think my hairdresser had some reservations about it, because she said I could return if I didn't like it, sooo... I am taking it back after using it 3 times. It smells like it has grapefruit (high acidic) in it, which DOES keep it BRIGHT, but I do NOT recommend it for long bleached hair. My hair was dry & tangled after using both & I really baby my hair to avoid breakage. I ONLY recommend it for oily hair or short haircuts, but NOT for long locks.

This product is completely different from their original formula (which happened to be fabulous.) This product is very drying, and the conditioner feels and works the same as your regular .99 cent product and has left my hair with more breakage than before.

This product almost ruined my hair... flat out... After using it twice, it put it in matted globs that I couldn't even run my hands through. I bought this to go on a trip and used it the night before and ended up going to the supermarket around midnight before I left to re wash it. This was the final straw, because i had already tried it twice. Do not buy this product!

I feel dumb for having purchased this shampoo and the conditioner. The shampoo smells great, but my hair is left feeling grimy and sticky like I haven't washed it. I reviewed the conditioner too - it smells awful. Not sure if the shampoo or the conditioner is causing the problem, but after 2 washings with these products I won't be using them any longer.

I love the smell of this product! I feel like it cleans my hair well, however it also sometimes feels like it didn't rinse out very well. I have to spend extra time rinsing my hair. It could be that my hair is longer than it has been in 3 years though lol. All in all I really like it.
