This product almost ruined my hair... flat out... After using it twice, it put it in matted globs that I couldn't even run my hands through. I bought this to go on a trip and used it the night before and ended up going to the supermarket around midnight before I left to re wash it. This was the final straw, because i had already tried it twice. Do not buy this product!

This conditioner is awful. I have used it twice now and will probably just throw it out. It smells terrible, kind of chemical-ly. I can't put my finger on it. It is so strange since the shampoo of the same brand & type smells wonderful. Also, the conditioner leaves my hair with the weirdest sticky, almost gummy texture. I have thick, course semi-wavy hair and it is like my hair is dirtier for having washed it with this product! I can't believe how much money I wasted on it.

When I first bleached my hair I went for this conditioner (along with the corresponding shampoo) and of course being a Tigi Bed Head product I expect it to work wonders on my hair. That sadly was not the case, this conditioner weighed my hair down so much and made it limp and greasy. It is not due to the amount I used (a nickel or dime size amount). The only reason I did not give it one star, was because of the price. I bought the larger size on sale for less than the smaller size, good deal, not a good product.

Well a friend of mine told me to try this so when it came to be on sale I decided to give it a go! I was VERY disappointed, it left my hair feeling like I still had conditioner in it, so I thought well maybe I did so the next time I used it I used a small amount and made sure to rinse WELL, nope same problem it left my hair feeling dirty and grimey :( it made me kinda sad, but oh well not everything is for everyone. I am gonna give the rest to my friend that likes it.

This product left my hair sticky and unmanageable. I brought it back and exchanged it for Kendra color protection and am very happy. As always, I was very pleased with Ulta's excellent customer service. This product, however, did not work well on my hair.

I was bleached blonde and decided to go brown! Well a week after the brown just faded in spots and it looked horrible.. SO, I bleached my hair twice and got it to a gold color and thought I was going to ruin my hair the ends were so dry they felt like straw. I read reviews on this so I went to Ulta and bought it. I colored my hair a beige blonde to get rid of the gold and then I put this on my head and put on shower cap and left for 3 hours... When I rinsed my hair was so SOFT and it felt GREAT!!!!! I was amazed at how wonderful this product worked. I waited 2 days and then did bleached thick highlights all over my head and I love my color and because of these product my hair is soft and gorgeous!!!!
