My hair is long and dark (color treated dark reddish brown/black). I covered it with a dark knee high stocking, cut some of the top portion and stuffed the loose ends inside the hole. It works great. If the wind blows, you cannot see the white Perfect Pony. It gives my ponytail great volume. I love it!

Dubious, yes, but I bought it anyway. Much to my surprise, this actually works! My daughter used it too with much success. It adds "oomph" to a thin ponytail AND stays put.

This does exactly what it's supposed to. It is easy to use, it stays in place, and makes my ponytail fat (at the root). I gave it 5 stars because I have really thin hair and I'm so excited to have a big ponytail, but it would probably be better if they made it in brown, just in case your hair slips no one would be able to see it (though I haven't had that problem). Also it doesn't do much to make it look thicker at the ends, but there's stuff I can do to fix that.

Don't waste your time our money to buy, try to use,and then have to return it. It's impossible to try an adjust onto your head. I think it would take 3 people to try and help you use this product. In my case four hands were'nt even enough!!

Wish I would have known that it does not work if you have layers in your hair before I bought it. You can see the rubber pony tail assistant through your hair.
