I should have known not to try it. Most of John Frieda's products have way too much fragrance in them and this product is no exception. I couldn't even tell you if the product worked well because I couldn't use it. I ended up giving it to my sister who isn't bothered by strong smells.

I have very short thin fly away hair. When I use thickening shampoos and conditioners, I sometimes find that after a few washings, my hair can feel dry and fly away, with no body. But when I use this product daily, my hair looks its best; bouncy and full; like I just came from the hair stylist. I start with the John Frieda Full Repair full body shampoo. Then apply it's accompanying full body conditioner. Before blow drying, I spray on my wet hair, it's accompanying full repair "style revival". Washing my hair daily is a must for me, and so far I can't find another product like this John Frieda line that allows my hair to look it's best everyday.

As someone with very fine hair who blow dries and flat irons every day, this conditioner is my current go-to brand. It softens and improves my dry ends without weighing my hair down- also cuts down on the static I get during the winter months.
