This is more like putting Elmer's glue on your face than primer. I love the NYX line for the price but don't waste your money on this. Buy their pore filler instead. When you apply this one, it's tacky and goes on white.

I tried to make this work with my combination skin but within 30mins my face becomes sticky oily. Doesn't do as well. My face shine 3x more than a natural glow. My face would glow like the sun and it doesn't matter how many ways I tried to make it work...it's a waste of time. Thought about going back to the high end primers. Until I complained to my friend and he advised me to an even more affordable primer that he uses on his client. You can find this in the feminine aisle of any drugstore. It works like wonder! It has the same ingredients as primer. My makeup last from 7am-5pm. My makeup looks matte and has a natural glow on my cheeks only. Not my entire face like this product.

I'm not compelled to write a review very often, but this one totally surprised me. I have to admit, when I first opened it I had a feeling I had wasted my money. The container feels cheap, the primer smells slightly of plastic, and it sits on the skin and is harder to apply than expected. As it turns out, none of these things matter because this product really WORKS. I couldn't wait to finish my Smashbox primer and use this everyday. This must be a perfect match for my slightly oily, uneven-toned skin, because my complexion has never looked this flawless. I don't see the need to try any other primer now - my face looks bright, and my foundation looks freshly applied all day.

I love using this primer for many many reasons. As well as evening my skin tone, it undeniably fills my pores and fine lines (I have too many for a 24 year old.)

It makes my skin look fresh and feel soft, without feeling and looking oily

It DOES make my make up last all day

And I feel it helps the overall quality of my skin.

As it is a 'Photogenic' product, I am always taking an extra close look at pictures of myself. I have found that they do look much more floorless and natural. I will say however, that this is providing you don't use too much of the primer. If you use too much your face will reflect any flash used, and you can become a little washed out. One pump of this product should be enough… and all that means is it will last longer and you will get your money's worth from it.

I always use to believe that primers were useless, greasy horrible products. NYX have proved me wrong. I now believe I am loyal to this product, as I find it difficult to leave the house without wearing it.

It is simple to apply. I just use my finger over my T-Zone and the buff it in using a kabuki brush.

So, if you are looking for a new easy to use primer, that does what it says on the tin, I would certainly recommend this one.

I have been looking for a primer like this for quite long time and I am so glad I found it. It definitely works and helps to keep make up smooth and matte finish.I wear it from 5am to the end of the day and my make up specially in my forehead and chin looks great.

I use this product before I put on my foundation and I find that it helps my foundation look smoother and last longer without smudging on anything.
It assists with the foundation looking great in pictures too.

only sort of negative which I mentioned already is that the smell could be improved a bit. Other than that, I think the price is decent for how well this produce works.

I thought it was a good price for the size of the bottle...most primers are pretty pricey for a very small container. It seemed like it would be awesom!! Truth is, I tried to make it work, I gave it multiple chances but...it just wasn't making the cut. It made me break out (which I never do) and it made me look very pale...makes you work extra hard to blend it. You do get alot for your money however. It didn't do anything special to be "studio" perfect like it says. I did however realize its good cover up for my scar on my leg.

Really good primer. The primer is white with a slight blue tint to it so it really brightens the face. It goes on well and my makeup looks great over it, especially when I use a damp sponge to apply the foundation. It doesn't have that slick feel that some primers do, it feels a bit more like a moisturizer. The price is awesome when compared to the Too Faced that I was using. I will be buying this again.
