I have very dry skin and use it after washing my hands. It moisturizes hands, make them softer. The only complaints are the smell could be better and the effect doesn't last for long.

I wash my hands numerous times a day. The soap in public restrooms, at work and my hand sanitizer dries my hands out tremendously. Also I don't always wear gloves when washing dishes or cleaning around the house so my hands are soooooo dry. I have used many products on my hands and this is the best one yet, but not the most expensive. Thumbs up!!!
