You can put in on over eyeshadow and it holds the glitter on your eyelid amazingly. My cheeks weren't covered in glitter like usual when trying to achieve intense sparkle. Very much worth the price if your a glitter lover

I only complain b/c it was expensive.... I don't know if there is anything else on d market like it which is why I liked it. It does "dry" fast which made me apply quicker on other eye when I realized this and made 4 better results of glitter wit one eye. I'm almost certain I could find a few other products I could mix 2 get glitter 2 stay but it's a all rite

The "Glitter Glue Eye Shadow Primer" is what I use for night where I am going out mostly, or when I have an eye shadow with glitter in it that I really want to POP. Unlike most eye shadows with glitter that tend to not have any glitter at all once applied, this primer allows that glitter to show through. I also was a competitive cheerleader for 12 years, and have turned to this product for my glitter application time and time again for a lasting, vibrant effect.
The only thing I would say is wrong with the product, is very minuscule when it comes to the over all application of the product; but, nonetheless, the product does dry fairly quickly. So when applying have the shadow with the glitter/glitter ready in hand to place on top of this primer for it to latch onto, and there won't be any issues.

So glad I finally bought this product. It's much cleaner and easier to use than Duo lash adhesive. Little fallout when using. Much better than the LA Splash adhesive I was using. Also great to use to get your pigments to stick.
