I'm a freeze and shine girl and thought I wouldn't find anything comparable. I have to say, however, that this non-aerosole pump product did a really good job. Didn't notice any stickiness, no flakes and held really well. As good as F-N-S? Only time will tell. Great alternative.

This does dry almost instantly, but it is also drying in your hair. I worry about it with my color-treated hair but so far just seems to be ok. It does great with holding waves and increasing volume. Also great to use with hot styling tools. Can't wait to try it with hot rollers!
