I bought this Sun Screen because it uses Zinc Oxide and not chemical sun screen ingredients. I can have re-actions to some chemical sunscreens.

I was looking for a pure Zinc Oxide Broad Band Sun screen for use at the beach and walking my dog in the afternoon. I was disappointed with this product.

It is very heavy and hard to squeeze out of the tube. It is lumpy. I don't know what the many hard lumps in it were. Were they the Zinc Oxide? My other sunscreens with Zinc Oxide didn't have lumps. The lumps were impossible to dissolve with any amount of rubbing.

This product smells like stale peanut butter. I don't know whether to try to use it up or just throw it away.

I was a counselor at camp and one of my campers had this sunscreen, and it smells TERRIBLE!!! Also, it doesn't rub in and left this poor child white all day. it might be worth it for all of the good properties but not enough pros to out weigh the cons.

Love the all natural ingredients in this sunscreen but it is a bit greasy and oily.

According to the cosmetic database this is one of the safest sunblocks on the market. This is my third year buying this brand. It is thick and stays on well. Good protection for both me and my daughter. It does leave a bit of a white tint if not rubbed in well, but its well worth the extra effort to know I'm not putting harmful chemicals on my 3 year old.

I use this at the beach, walking during 10-2:00 timeframe, and doing yardwork. I love the fact that it contains no known harmful ingredients and is recommended by EWG (ewg[@]). Unfortunately, it leaves your face "white as a ghost." I walked into [...], near the beach, and some stranger (female) walked up to me and immediately starting rubbing my face -- she said I had white streaks all over my face. LOL! I'm 58 years old, and I care more about the quality of the sunscreen, than whether or not I'm striped up like a badger.

Primarily, I use this on my face for daily protection. Great protection from the sun, and it doesn't irritate my skin. In fact, my face feels softer since I started using Badger sunscreen.

This is an excellent physical sunscreen that is also highly rated among the Environmental Working Group. It's a little a thicker than what most people would prefer, but I love it because it's all natural and contains a high percentage of zinc oxide. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
