I love this product but HATE the smell of it. It's a strong coconut smell that seems off to me. But I never liked coconut. Product leaves my hair amazing, I iron my hair a lot and the difference is noticable.

OMG! Seriously, this shampoo is a miracle worker. I had kinky frizzy damaged hair before I started using it about a month ago. Not anymore! My hair not only feels so much healthier but it also looks like different hair. It's shiny, manageable, healthy and frizz free. This along with the same brand recoil conditioner has changed my life...and I'm NOT being over dramatic!

I recently had my hair cut (after going too long without) and colored for the first time in five years. My stylist said it was time to change up shampoos from Silky Sexy Hair. I did some research and went with a product that was forumlated for color hair (knew I'd need that) and something that would hopefully keep my hair from drying out since I'd gone way too long with a cut. Ulta had an awesome sale, and I gave it a shot. It smells amazing and works great. I've washed and used the same brand shampoo three times and I'm very pleased! I wish the smell stayed with my hair longer after washing, but so far no issues with drying out related to the cutting and coloring! I am also pairing the shampoo and conditioner with Alterna Kendi Oil mist. My only complaint would be that I wish the shampoo lathered a little better. But without the harsh stuff to protect the hair I suppose there has to be a trade off.
