Comments about Fekkai Essential Shea Conditioner:
This is my first time using a professional salon brand conditioner at home. I started to look for a nice shampoo and conditioner that would help my hair become healthy since it was damaged from all the blow drying and flat ironing I do, and also I began to get symtoms of alopecia. My friend reccommended this to me, so I decided to give it a try. I noticed the difference even after the first use. My hair was alot softer than usual and easier to comb. It's been a month and I have nothing negative to say. My hair has always been on the dry side and it has brought back moisture to my hair! The improvement is more noticeable when I straighten it and I have gotten many compliments. On the directions, it said to use a pea size amount, but since I have curly medium length curly hair, I probably use five times that amount. I was worried that it was going to run out fast, but I probably used only 20% of the bottle in the first month (I wash every 2-3 days). I usually leave it in my hair for 30 minutes and while it's in, I will comb my hair with my fingers or wide-tooth comb without pulling on the hair too much. Make sure you combine with the shampoo. I also use jojoba oil as a leave in treatment.

Comments about Fekkai Essential Shea Conditioner:
I have demanding hair and was using the original Protein Rx but now it's discontinued and the new version is too expensive. I switched to the shea (on my second bottle now) and while I'm pleased with the performance as a conditioner I think I'm going to stop using it because I can't get over the smell. It's like a mixture of baby powder and fish. I think I'll try the one for curls next.

Comments about Fekkai Essential Shea Conditioner:
I like to research products before I buy them, I'm tired of wasting my money on ineffective products. I read all the reviews on this, so I thought I'd splurge for really gorgeous hair, I tried this and the shampoo 3 or 4 times, I was very disappointed, took it back. I just bought Marc Anthony's Morraco Argan Oil (the reviews were great for this too) and I'm seeing really good results so far! I can buy tons of these products for the money spent on Fekkai!

Comments about Fekkai Essential Shea Conditioner:
This is the best conditioner that I have found in a long time. It really coats the hair and tones down the frizz, but isn't heavy or cakey. Doesn't build up if you use it every day. It just keeps protecting and renewing the hair. I love it! We have awful water where I live, thick with iron, and is drying to the hair. This is the best product to combat that.

Comments about Fekkai Essential Shea Conditioner:
Love the shea butter products from Fekkai. They leave my hair so soft and silky. I have very fine, straight hair and it tangles with the blow of the wind. Fekkai shea helps comb out the tangles with hardly any breakage.

Comments about Fekkai Essential Shea Conditioner:
Pricey but worth it. Don't be tricked into saving a few dollars by buying it at Target or other like stores. It has to be the Essential Shea to get the excellent results and great smell. Great during the humid summer months!
