                First off I am a big fan of everything Tarte... Now for this "I COULDN'T imagine my life without it NOW" PRIMER.... No one will be disappointed if they try this product!! Without it mascara makes my eyes itchy and flaky... I find myself rubbing them til' they are irritated and raccoon like, but when I first use the primer and then apply my mascara those problems simply disappear until I take it off before bed!! In the evenings I apply a coat of the primer, mascara, another coat of primer and mascara and my eyes POP!!!

                I have very short, straight lashes and I wanted more length and volume without wearing 5 coats of mascara. I purchased this at Ulta and couldn't wait to try it... It is amazing! You don't need a lot and since it is white you can see that you've coated all of your lashes. It instantly adds length and volume. You let it dry for a second and then add any mascara overtop, no effort needed or skill at all. Would recommend to EVERYONE!!'
