Comments about Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner:

I purchased this as a gift, and a few days later my friend told me it wasn't work. The eye liner wasn't twisting... And ulta would let us trade it for a new one. Very disappointed with ulta and this eyeliner. A total waste of money.

Comments about Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner:

This is *great* eyeliner. It wears ALL day without giving an inch. I have a problem with watering eyes at times, and tend to dab at thim. This eyeliner doesn't budge. With other (even waterproof) eyeliners, I end up reapplying. I don't have to with this one. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a sharpener at the end like some do, so a thin line can be difficult. I solve that by using an eyeliner brush and get it where I want it before it "sets". Because once it does set, there's no moving it. Once it's on, it's ON, and it's not going anywhere. (I guess that could be a pro or a con, depending on where your makeup application skills are at.) This is by far the best eyeliner I've ever used, and it comes in a plethora of colors . . . ANY that you could ever want. I use both the Black Amethyst and Tetra, as I have brown eyes and those look best on me. Black can be a bit harsh, so I tend to stay away from liquid liners which are almost always black. (Although Stila also has a liquid liner that comes in many different shades, also.)

                  • Q:

I wear contacts, one problem I have with eyeliners is that some brands smudge onto them, even if listed on the packaging it's safe for lens wearers. Is this eyeliner really good for people who wear contacts?

Stila Cosmetics states that Smudgestick isn't best for contact lens wearers, as it can transfer onto contacts and leave residue.

                      A:

Turquoise is darker and bluer in tone than Mint Julep. If you are seeking a mint green shade, we recommend using Mint Julep!
