I was excited to try this as it came recommended as a great pencil with easy and smooth application and all day staying power. I gave this a try. First it was almost too soft and while the application was smooth it was hard to get an even and consistant line as the color stick literally collapsed and pancaked with the slightest pressure. I have been having some allergy problems and my eyes have watered a little at work. By midday half of my bottom liner was just gone. Not smudged, gone. So much for water proof. I decided to give it one more try and went to apply the next day to find that the product would not advance or retract from the pencil. Very poor quality packaging. Not at all what I expect for the price. Returned this.

i love this eyeliner! it gives a great smokey eye and there is no work required. you just apply it and you have a great smokey eye look! this is a must have.

Loved how it went on, but it contained unwanted glitter. I wasn't told that, at the time of purchase.

I never would have had the opportunity to use it if my regular product wasn't available. I like it though it was more than I normally pay.
