I recently had to replace a 10 year old paddle brush and selected this one in my Ulta store. After one week of use, the pink rubber tips are coming off and an entire black bristle came out. Hoping it can be returned to the store. Now I know to stick to the high end salon name brand brushes that truly last!

Great brush for smoothing hair.

Easily goes through tangled hair, but I didn't find that it added any shine or smoothed hair any more than any other brush.

I have coarse, thick hair and sometimes am not able to find a good hairbrush that can even get trhough my hair. This brush did the trick! It gets through my hair, detangles but doesn't scrap my scalp.
