Love it! Only things I don't like are: 1)Control button is placed so that it gets turned off accidently quite easily. 2)Hot on outside. With shorter hair, I sometimes need to hold both ends to get it placed right. Yes, you do have to take care not to "fry" your hair, but that's true with any products such as these. This is the best product of its kind that I've used.

Read a thousand reviews on this before buying and I was sure I'd love it but: my hair is really thick, a tad curly/wavey and it straightens it beautifully but can't straighten my ends properly. the tips of my hair are always frayed and dried. I had to keep referring back to my Amika to smooth out the ends of my hair. Its VERY hard to grip this baby because it gets SO hot, no matter what heat setting it's on. Since its so thin, you can't really tighten your grip the way you should be able to when straightening your hair. I'm giving it a few more tries and hoping that I'll get use to it but if not I hope I can return it.

This is the best flatiron I have ever purchased. In the past I've purchased other flat irons and it made my hair even more dry and brittle. I wouldn't choose any other it is definitely worth the money.

I don't know if I was just using a terrible straightener before, but when I made the switch to this one it was UNREAL! MY hair is relatively straight (a little wavy) so it doesn't take but a few minutes to get the look I desire. And once it's straightened...THAT'S IT! No need to worry about frizz or ends flipping up later in the day. AMAZING! Such a good purchase
