This stuff is amazing. It doesnt dye my scalp, dyes my hair evenly. Its great stuff, I dont think it is sold elsewhere either. I also looked it up and Umberto brand is actually a hugely famous salon and he just decided to package his hair color. Don't be scared of box color this stuff is fantastic. My advice is to buy a bowl and brush to apply it and get some extra gloves, each sachet comes with one glove only. Happy coloring!

I have used this product twice so far, the first time i used 9.0 and left it on way too long, like 35 minutes that was my bad, my hair was strawberry blonde , i hate red tones, my hair is natural 7 ash, the last time i used 8.0 and 11.b , 1 packet from each box i am trying to cool the neutral a little, well it turned out better darker a little but i knew that, I still thought it looked reddish, so i used the Ardell red/gold corretor in my purple shampoo, that does work but i will use it in the color process next time, i think it will cool it just right, i do like how gentle this is my hair is hip length, so very long, overall i wish they made an 9 ash color to mix with the neutral colors, or a 10 ash would be very good as well.

I have allergy to almost all hair colors. I moved from different country where I had my favourite hair color. It was impossible for me to find it here in America. I did my Research and I found Umberto. I tried and we became friends for good. It is very useful tool to look great. No allergy, no problem. One box with hair color you can use twice! It contains two sets for dying hair. Great color and I definitely recommend this product.

Love, love, love this product! There are so few options for non-permanent hair color. I've tried every brand in the drugstore and haven't loved anything. With other brands, my stubborn greys only got tinted. Umberto actually completely covered the grey! Only downside is the color was difficult to select. Neither the box nor Umberto's website indicates which color is warm, neutral or cool and the color on the packaging is completely off. I'm normally a true neutral medium brown, but theirs looked too dark so I opted for the 'Light Brown' & it was too dark as well. Next time I'll try dark blonde. Last time I had a demi-color that worked this well was at the salon.

I have used Umberto Light Copper Gold (8.43) for a couple of years now. My hair feels healthy, it is easy to use, the color STAYS. Red is the hardest to keep vibrant and Umberto beats anything I've ever tried before.

My hair is probably about 70% grey and the coverage is excellent. It does bleed out a bit on the grey after several washes, but just to a nice contrasting caramel color. Makes it look like I have highlights!

I have recommended Umberto to several friends who are now converts!
