Works well on entire feet not just the heel. I saw improvement within three days of nightly use. I do not use during day because of instruction to use sunscreen. I use sunscreen anyway but, pampering yourself at night is awesome.

This cream, when used every day, keeps feet and heals smooth and attractive. Sandal ready after an initial filling off the dead skin. Then just keep using it morning and night ( I only use it in the morning ). If you skip a few days, like 4, you may have to file feet again and then start using the Heal Repair Cream. I will never use anything else...ever. Please don't stop making this product.

My daughter has tried everything on the market for her cracked heels wearing sandals was embarrassing people would say what is wrong with your feet? This product has given her beautiful feet and confidence again they are pink and healthy she can feel her heels for the first time in years !! Highly recommended to everyone just be patience it won't happen over night but if used daily the results are amazing ,this will be part of her daily habit for the rest of her life ugly cracked heels are a thing of the past ...........

On the pricier side but worth every penny. It's not an overnight quick fix but works and is worth the price. Easy to use, isn't too thick, no perfume smell so great for husbands feet too. Had no problems with tingling. Been using for 1.5 weeks now, suppose its not as soft as NEWLY dipped paraffin wax feet but as close as it gets.
