Color creme features a non-ammonia formula that gives hair beautiful, rich color in only 10 minutes. Clairol Natural Instincts Rich Color Creme infuses each strand of hair with antioxidants that protect and nourish. Boosts your hair's shine level, too. Non-permanent hair color lasts for up to 28 shampoos.

Important safety warnings: Hair color products may cause allergic reactions, which in rare cases can be severe. Tattoos may increase the risk of allergy to this product. Conduct a skin allergy test 48 hours prior to each application, even if you have already used coloring products before. Remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance. Do not use this product if you have experienced any reaction to hair color products or have sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp. In these cases, do not conduct the skin allergy test and consult a doctor before using any hair color product. Read and follow instructions carefully. In rare cases, use of hair colorants has been associated with temporary or permanent skin depigmentation (skin lightening or loss of color). If you notice any skin depigmentation or other unexpected reaction such as pain or severe itching, discontinue use immediately. Caution: this product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation on certain individuals and a preliminary test according to accompanying directions.

I am completely grey. Have been since I was 40. I started having allergic reactions to other products--and thought I was doomed to let my hair go white-horrifying thought to me. This is the only hair color product which I can use without ANY allergic reaction whatsoever! Has saved me from looking 20 years older. Thank God for this product!. I touch up roots every 10 days (otherwise I have 'skunk' line). I mix a third of this product in a small container and use brush to apply. Each box lasts me 3 touch ups! Saves me a fortune at the salon.

Great for my African American hair . The conditioner smells great and works wonders. I even tried to find it separately. It doesn't last as long as some of the others but its also not as harsh.

I've been using Natural Instincts on anf off for years and I always come back to it. The color turns out great and it doesn't have a harsh chemical smell to it. The directions say to leave it on for a total of 10 minutes, but I usually do my roots for a bit longer than the rest of the hair. The two-wwek refresher packet is a great bonus, it really helps keep the color longer.
