I bought this product for the first time as a gift for my mother for Christmas. It smelled great and I know with three dogs in her house she really wanted a nice scented candle. Unfortunately, no matter what they did the candle would not light. The tried cutting down the wick etc but nothing worked. So I wasted almost $20.

I love the concept of the WoodWick candles. The way they sound when they burn is reminiscent of the crackle of a fireplace. Great idea with the trilogy scents, too. Kind of wish I had bought a lighter scent than the Exotic Spices trilogy for summer--it may be more appropriate for fall and winter.
