Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Hi Definition Photo Concealer Wand:

I have fair skin, i bought mine in a light shade and its great for highlighting, no complaints there. You also don't need to use too much to get the job done because it's nicely pigmented. However, for under the eyes, it's not that impressive. even though I use very little (just a few dots) after a few minutes it looks too dry and when I smile, my under eyes look "toasty", it emphasizes my lines. Keep in mind I'm only 18 so definitely no good for under eyes which was the main reason i bought it. I would only recommend it if you want to highlight

Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Hi Definition Photo Concealer Wand:

I love the Nyx HD concealer wands. I bought three shades: yellow, beige and medium. I find that the beige is best for covering under eye darkness as it has a slight salmon-y undertone. The medium is my skintone match, and the yellow can be used as a brightening concealer for highlighting, or as a corrector for discoloration. The product is blendable, easy to apply and not drying (so long as you have properly prepped your undereye area). I would recommend to color correct and conceal first, apply foundation, and then add additional concealing, if needed. That is the most natural result.

I can't say that I love or hate this product. I bought it due to all the raves about it, and when Ulta was having the 40% NYX sale. I figured I would be getting the best bang for my buvk, only probably is I'm pretty sure I grabbed the wrong color due to the chaos that was going on in the aisle during the time.

I love this concealer, I use it under my eyes as a highlight then blend out with a beauty blender. Beauty guru Nicole Guerriero uses it in her makeup tutorials on YouTube also. Also you cant beat the price. I have 3 different colors and based on my tan at the time ill use a specific one.

This concealer covers fantastically, but unfortunately for me it does settle in the creases which is why I switched from my last brand. For the price and coverage, I will be purchasing again.

Beige (Item #:2215593) and Glow (Item #:2215595) feature neutral undertones which may work for medium-colored skin with yellow undertones. Nutmeg (Item #:2215597) is formulated for dark tan skin with yellow undertones. You may also choose to use lavender for sallow skin, the green to neutralize redness and the yellow for under-eye darkness.

All shades feature medium to full coverage. We recommend Porcelain or Fair, depending on the lightness of your skin tone. Alternatively, you can use either the Yellow or Green shades to color correct redness when applied underneath your foundation.
