I've tried so many self tanners that have left me orange and sploachy. so when I read the reviews for this product i decided to try it! and it was fabulous! it looked natural and not orange, though it didnt stay for a super long time I loved it!

I love the TAN TOWEL product (NOT THE MIST!) but do not buy often as the product is price prohibitive (I would buy 3 times more if it the price was even somewhat practical)

The Tan Towels gives my pink skin tones a warmth and evens out my face skin tones as well. Applies easily, evenly and gradually fades evenly.

NO streaking, color rubbing off on clothes, smell, ORANGE HANDS/FINGERS/ANKLES etc or blotchy uneven color.

re: TAN MIST product... it's just GROSS.
The TINTED product does not apply or absorb evenly ...looks gross, smells gross, rubs off on clothes (REALLY GROSS) and even after it is absorbed...it's sticky and still smells bad...gross, gross, gross!

I have fair skin and can't lie in the sun anymore, especially living in Florida! I've tried many self-tan products and have found Tan Towels to be the best. No messy sprays, convenient to take along for travel, fast application which dries quickly and doesn't rub off on clothing. Hint: for a lasting "blush," apply a little extra to your cheekbones area. This is a good way to use their spray...I spritz some onto a cotton ball and apply on your cheeks, smoothing the "edges." I have to go to Ulta now for more TanTowels.

I love that it does not stain my bed sheets and my clothes. I have very dry skin and I do have to moisturize the dry areas first so it does not put too much color on dry areas but I also live in the desert. I do not have this problem in a humid climate, when I am on vacation. I you are allergic to the ingredient Dihydroxyacetone, like I am, which I believe gives you the color, just apply daily until you have your color and then use the moisturizing spray and lotion daily to maintain color. I only use the tan towel 1-2 times a week after I have my color. I am an Aesthetician and I always recommend this product to my clients.

Bought this to tone down my ultra white legs. I used the towelette after drying off from a shower. It doesn't smell bad. (My mom used to use Q-T back in the day. Wow, that stuff stunk. And it made her turn orange.) I followed up with the mist. The result is a little blotchy but I think that's because I need to improve my application skills. The color is natural and subtle.

I was a little nervous about using a self tanner but was surprised by how natural my tan looked after using the Tan Towels. I definitly feel like wearing shorts now for Spring! My only negatives would be that the smell is the typical self-tanner smell and did last for a coulple of days. Also, parts of my feet and hands did look a little orange-y and uneven. The directions did say to use sparingly around feet, so I probably just used too much and didn't wash my hands quickly enough. But...overall, it was a great product! A little expensive for me to use all Spring and Summer...but it was a great way to get my tan started!!
