I have very soft and fine hair that is long and I am always looking for more volume. This stuff is very good at creating texture and lift to my boring hair. I only wish it were made with friendlier ingredients and not parabens. Otherwise it's a great product.

I have pin straight hair and this is the first thickening gel i have ever used i expected to be like BAM teased hair effect but realistically speaking that was not going to happen lol so i kept using it for 3 weeks and honestly me personally didnt notice a difference and finally one day i skipped it and instantly noticed my hair was so flat tangled and lifeless! so the next day i applied the product and my hair looked so much better with lots of volume and straighter and didnt even straighten it and the feeling last days this product does work!

This is a very good product. I have used this gel for about 4 years now. I'm Asian and it works really well on my hair.It gives me volume and controls the frizz.

STRAIGHTER USES:
Use on damp Hair! I suggest asking Stylist whose working with African-American Hair (or Straighten Methods on other Ethnic Types)to do your hair first, showing you the Stiff, Blow-Out Tech (via Brush Hair Styler or Hair Dryer and Brush).

I don't exactly have STRAIGHT Hair yet it depends on humidity. I do Not though have very wavy hair, just fine, thick, with slight big waves!

I actually do use/recommend this product as a Straightener!

It works equally well on my fine, thick hair as does another's Thick, Med, yet very Wavy Hair. That female is certainly Wavy with insane amount of density (although NOT Curly either).

So, regardless if it's on my hair or her wavy hair... as a Straightener when used on Damp Hair, Blown Out Straight, in Sections... piece by piece: Works Wonders. Helps so she doesn't require using a Chemical Straightener (and cannot since she has color treated hair).

Can be use for other purposes as well.

Contains CASTOR OIL, so periodically use a Professional Shampoo for Product Build-Up removal/Mineral Removal (as your Stylist should recommend, in general).

This TiGi YOUR HIGHNESS has been Fab on Color Treated Hair. Yet again, removal of all styling residue is essential prior to Color Application, from your Stylist.
