I've compared other black gel eyeliners which I have bought all next to each other, and this is the richest in color. The brush which comes with it gives better results than my other good quality eyeliner brushes, in fact, the brush is perfect for this eyeliner. This is waterproof and has incredible lasting power, with no smudging all day. I've been a liquid liner girl for almost 30 years, and have been searching to find a good gel liner since I run out of the liquid so fast and since they've stopped making the liquid I was using. This one is it! I've tried the number one prestige gel liner and like this one more. And the price is such a bonus.

This is the most amazing eyeline I have ever bough (besides MAC) It stays on so long, and it applies so smooth (as long as you keep the top sealed) I own Blackest Black and it really is super dark and intense. Love it, and will never buy anythign else again!

I have never been much of a make-up wearer but I picked this product up because every eyeliner I have ever tried gives me so much grief. With others I have tried, in a few hours the liner is smudged and messy under or over my eye, it runs or fades, or just never stays. With this Gel Eyeliner from Maybelline, I have no troubles at all. It gives just enough drama (minus me looking like a raccoon by the end of the night) yet keeps me looking classic and clean.

Needless to say, I am truly pleased with my purchase. Planning on buying another color for the days when I'm feeling funky and trendy!

You can control the size of the line AND the heaviness with a soft amount on the brush or a heavy hand.

I love this eyeliner, I have been using it for almost two years now and have yet to find something that will rival it. It is relatively inexpensive and lasts forever. I have never had one dry up on me and it goes head to head with higher end gel liners. a must buy for any make-up-aholic on a budget! :) I will say that of you apply to much it smudges slightly and if you anticipate having a long or active day I recommend setting it with an eyeshadow.

I found this product in a "pin" on Pinterest, which shows many "knock off" versions of name brand makeup products. I have found this eyeliner to be just as good, if not better, than MAC Fluidline. I have not used the brush provided, since I still have my MAC brush, but it looks easy enough to use. I will not be going back to the name brand on this one.

I only gave it 4 lips because is the first gel eyeliner I've tried, so I don't have some other to compare, although I'm very pleasured with my purchase :)

I had been using a pen liner prior to purchasing this product, and I do have to say I prefer the gel liner over the pen one. The brush applicator provides a more precise application, perfect for the cat eye look I want to create, and if I mess up, its easier to remove my mistake. It also lasts me through a whole day without smearing, so that's nice too.
