Both sides of mine broke i bought this twice thinking i could work it out but it sucks i bought bronze something and it does not look good on brown eyes this stuff is too shimmery i would love it if they have a chocolate brown color instead of brown and make it matte. this is really not worth it
Comments about Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast:
This is the worst eyeshadow I have ever bought! A friend of mine talked me into buying it and it broke the first day. The two step instructions seem easy but its difficult. I will never buy it again!

i dont really like it, it comes of way to easy and it creases!!!
Comments about Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast:
The first time I applied, it was hard to get the color to go on my lids. After a few uses the stick softened up and application is easier. You have to blend the two colors with your finger which is easy enough. Over all it isn't anything special and the 'smokey' eye isn't really 100% achieved. However, I still like it and use it everyday. I purchased 3 sets b/c Ulta was running a special. The green/bronze is fun and I use it when I wear tops with similar colors. I really liked the purple/brown combination and the lt brown/drk brown combo and use those 2 most often.
Comments about Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast:
The light shade matches my skin tone well but it doesn't provide quite as much coverage as I would like on blemishes and dark circles.

both ends broke off day 2! I bought two different shades and it happened to both; one end ended up in a watery grave! Extremely disappointed.
Comments about Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast:
I am a fan of Covergirl and I was excited when they came out with this easy to use smokey eye product. I went right out and bought it and was immediatey disapointed. It is easy to use, but it comes off my eyelids after about only an hour. Also the colors run together making my eyes look tired and, well, just BAD! It was a waste of money.

Comments about Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast:
This is an overall good product. Like they said, it's like having a makeup artist at your fingertips! The instructions on the back are easy to read, with a big diagram and step-by-step pictures. I only wish that they would have included a booklet instead- the instructions are printed on the back of the disposable cardboard package! It was very easy to recreate the 'smoky shadow' look, though, and my eyes looked amazing. I used the blue, plan to soon try purple or green/orange colors. It was shimmery, and the cream formula was very good for my dry skin, but the look is soon gone- it folds right up into the creases after 30 mins. or an hour. But no worries! The very awesomely packaged product is so portable and easy to use. Overall, this was good and an incredible deal, but I only wish it would last a little longer. Also, one of the sticks broke! I had hardly used it and was very disappointed. Bottom line: buy it. There are some setbacks and annoying things about it, but you're still getting more than what you pay for.

I received this product for free from BzzAgent. I was the one who picked the color and I chose the onyxsmoke. It isn't as dramatic as I think of when I think of a smoky eye, but I like that it doesn't look out of place in the daytime. I want to try a more vibrant color.
The applicator makes it very easy to apply.
Comments about Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast:
As a BzzAgent, I received this product to try. I love the colors, I have the purple plume. I thought that it would collect in creases like other creamy shadows, but it did not. The colors coordinate well, but it took extra time to blend the shadow. I recommend using a cotton swab. This product may not be so great for beginners, due to the extra blending time. For non-pros, I recommend starting with neutral shades that blend well with your natural skin color. Pinks and purples can look harsh if applied improperly. It is nice to have almost everything you need to do your eyes in one tube.
