Comments about Philosophy The Present:
It was recommended to me for concealing larger pores. It didn't make any kind of difference in the appearance of my make up and caused me to break out.

Comments about Philosophy The Present:
This product is a must have - highly recommended. Can be worn alone or as a primer for foundation. It evens skin tone for the most part, but if I do wear alone, I also dap some concealer on my red areas. However, it smooths texture, moisturizes, and mattifies. My foundation stays fresh all day when I use this underneath. It also has many health benefits for the skin. It is a bit pricey, but this is well worth it. A little goes a long way. Some don't like the smell, but I actually enjoy it. Using this product is probably my favorite part of my skincare/make up routine.

Comments about Philosophy The Present:
I needed a new primer for my changing skin. I used to be combination-oily and acne prone but as I've gotten into my late 30's I'm just dry, dry, dry. This stuff is wonderful. Seals in my moisturizer, helps to blur imperfections, and really helps my makeup last all day. I wear it at night too. I'm okay with the price as you need to use so little the tube will last a long time. Highly recommend.

Comments about Philosophy The Present:
This is an interesting product. I truly don't know if I love it or hate it. It does make my skin look pretty good, without makeup. And it makes a decent primer, sort of. It takes a LONG time to dry (about 3 minutes, if you let it dry completely). And it has an awful smell to it - makes me wonder what's in it to cause that. But it does make my skin look decent with no makeup, so I like that. It's also somewhat hard to remove - if you don't remove it thoroughly, you will find little bits of rolling off as you reapply your moisturizer. This is a good product for a weekend when you don't want to put on full makeup, or I can see a guy using this to enhance his skin. It does tend to soften/fill fine lines and blur them as well. All in all, not a bad buy. Just different!
