My husband uses this, not overly scented (or he wouldn't use it)and leaves his face so soft. When he's not looking my daughter and I sneak it! A little pricier than I'd care for but it seems like its going to last a long time

I have tried so many products and this is the first one I've used that moisturized without leaving my face feeling greasy or dry after a few hours. A little goes a long way and a jar lasts several months.

Comments about Philosophy Hope In a Jar:

I love this moisturizer, for daily daytime use. It's light but not so light that it doesn't moisturize, and it isn't greasy or heavy. I wouldn't recommend it if you have winter dryness issues (it isn't robust enough for that) but it's great as a daily, go-to primer before applying foundation.

because eczema is a diagnosed skin condition, we always recommend that you check with your physician before using any new products. hope in a jar moisturizer does contain lactic acid, which will offer gentle exfoliation and may help to minimize the appearance of pores.

hope in a jar is made with a natural essential lavender oil. the lavender oil is what creates the distinct scent that you may have noticed. the scent will slowly fade after application.
