This product is the answer o all of my prayers. I have tried and used without success a heap o other brands/types of mascara, and this is the FIRST one to not smudge, AT all, under my eyes throughout the day. And when i was my face, the mascara comes off in small flakes/tubes right off of my lashes, so I do not have to use an additional eye makeup remover.
Great product! Probably the only one I will buy from now on.

I have been using this daily for several months, I just bought a my second one. I thought it was good because although it became flakey at the end of the day, it did not smudge or run and leave black marks under my eyes but the second time around I have black circles under my eyes every day. It really does not make any sense why, it is the same product, nothing has changed about my eyes. It is also not easy to apply with out clumps and I usually have to comb through my lashes to make sure there are none. Originally these other things didn't bother me because it did not smudge or run leaving the dark circles under my eyes but the second time around, not so much.

I was looking for a mascara that wouldn't smudge under my lower eyelashes. I don't really like "tube" mascaras because they made my lashes look spidery. This does not smudge & doesn't make lashes spidery but it is messy to apply and little black dots end up all over the place when removing. Not bad overall. Very reasonably priced.

Bought on recommendation of in-store consultant, after requesting a mascara that lengthens and adds volume to lashes. My lashes looked super skinny and spiky even after layering the product three times. After 3 hours, it began to flake and irritate my eyes. I then tried to remove with a warm washcloth, and ended up having to use a makeup remover to take the little balled clumps of mascara from the whole eye area. So sad, but glad I could take it back.

If you are prone to "raccoon eyes " from shifting mascara , then this is for you ! It is not the best for lengthening , etc , but a small price to pay for not having to constantly be fixing your mascara . Great for high humidity areas , beach days , and brides . The only reason I wouldn't give it a five is that on occasion I have gotten tubes from Ulta that seem quite dry , so SOMEONE has to rotate their stock better .

This is the ONLY mascara that hasn't left me with "raccoon eyes". I have eyes that water all-day long, and it still doesn't budge.

Got this baby in the Cargo beach pack and it is all a mascara is supposed to be. It boosts the volume and length in my thin lashes with one or two coats and seldom clumps, but make sure to blink several times on a tissue so you don't get wet marks right after applying. It stays on all throughout the day and is easily removed with some warm water and cleanser. Bottom line is, this mascara is undoubtedly amazing:)

Cargo's Better than Waterproof Mascara has been the ONLY mascara I've used for the last 4 years. I have always preferred waterproof/water resistant mascara, and I have tried just about everything out there - from Maybelline to Shiseido and Dior. NOTHING performs as well as this one!

The mascara goes on smoothly, it doesn't clump and is makes my lashes longer and fuller in a single coat. Two coats gets a more dramatic (best for night-time) result. And then it stays put. It won't smudge, won't run and doesn't flake....looks just as good at the end of the day as it did when you put it on!

Also, getting it off isn't a major ordeal - I just use my washcloth as I'm cleansing at night - and it's gone! Doesn't leave streaks/marks on the washcloth either!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this mascara - and my only complaint is that Cargo stuff isn't as available as it once was...so I'm always afraid I'm going to run out! However, thanks to ULTA, I'm able to get my fix!!!

This is the best mascara I have bought in years, I have never been loyal to a mascara and I am always changing it up. Typically my mascara is under my eyes by the afternoon. This mascara stays put all day and has a very natural look. When you want to remove it from your eye lashes it is best just to use water and rub your eyes in the shower. It basically peels off of your lashes. A little different but I will take that versus when it runs down your face. I would definitely buy this product again.
