Comments about Neutrogena Acne Wash Redness Soothing Facial Gel Cleanser:

The only pros I really have about it are that it smells good and it takes off my makeup, other than that, I really dislike this product. I have extremely oily skin so I thought this product was going to work for me, I was wrong. My skin started to get raw around my mouth, chin, forehead, and cheeks. It even started cracking around those areas too. This product even made me break out more. I stopped using it a few days ago and my acne is so much better and my skin is slowly healing.

Comments about Neutrogena Acne Wash Redness Soothing Facial Gel Cleanser:

This is a great basic cleanser for people with acne prone skin. This is the only cleanser that keeps me clear on a consistent basis. I use it in conjunction with my Clarisonic. Gentle and effective, it works perfectly for my skin type. I also love the fresh smell.

Comments about Neutrogena Acne Wash Redness Soothing Facial Gel Cleanser:

I've been a huge fan of this gel cleanser since I've moved to Arizona and sometimes get a little too much sun on my face. This cleanser has a very pleasing mild aloe scent and is extremely efficient at removing all traces of makeup. I remember it being a little irritating when it got in my eyes the first time I had used it, but perhaps the ingredients have changed because now I'm able to rub my mascara off without any discomfort. This face wash is the first and only face wash to remove and prevent 99% of my stubborn acne! I have attempted to stray away to different face washes from garnier and clearasil, but I always end up breaking out until I switch back to this redness removing gel. I will be a loyal buyer forever!

Comments about Neutrogena Acne Wash Redness Soothing Facial Gel Cleanser:

I have blemish and blackhead prone combination skin and this helps keep my skin clear. It has a beta hydroxy acid (salicylic acid) which is a gentile effective acne treatment. It does not irritate my sensitive skin. Like all acne treatments, it is a bit drying so it is important to use a good quality moisturizer and sunscreen too. I have tried many high end cleansers and this one is just as good for a fraction of the cost.

Comments about Neutrogena Acne Wash Redness Soothing Facial Gel Cleanser:

This stuff really helps clear up acne and reduces redness. I normally see redness around my nose area, but this cleared it right up. I have noticed it dries out my skin a little (that why I gave it a 4 out of 5), but having oily skin it doesn't bother me that bad. It's nothing that a little moisturizer can't fix. If you have dry skin though, I think this cleanser would wreak havoc on your skin.

I really like this stuff, its helped with my redness and makes my face feel clean. My only con is the smell isn't the best but I'd rather a bad smell than an added perfume to irritate my skin. My face had been rather dry but Ive been using a topical cream for acne so I can't say if this is drying or not.
