Directions
Apply a thin layer of essie base coat or solution followed by 2 coats of essie polish, then good to go! top coat for a super shiny, chip resistant manicure that will be dry in a flash.

          I am a big fan of Essie.The only thing I would recommend is to put a top coat over the nail polish. It chips and comes off pretty fast compared to others that I have tried :( Other than that, the colors are fantastic and very true to the color.
