I originally bought this mascara because I have read how great of a product the Great Lash mascara is. I used the original Great Lash mascara in the past and I didn't understand why it was so popular. I decided to give this one a shot because the brush was really thick, so I figured it would give a lot of volume, and it was half the price of my usual mascara. I was not at all impressed. When I applied the mascara, it didn't seem to coat my lashes AT ALL, but when I looked at the brush, there was mascara on it, so it wasn't dried out. I was very disappointed in this mascara, and I promptly returned it.

I use it everyday all the time anytime. I layer more when I go out, but for my everyday use a couple of swipes and I am satisfied with my look

I bought this for myself as I felt the normal washable big lash was a bit clumpy. I thought maybe it was because the brush has short bristles. What I found was that this was awful on my thick, but shorter, lashes. I need lengthening and this doesn't work for that. My daughters who have very long lashes, looked amazing using this. I did tend to smudge though, which I've never noticed with the standard washable formula.
