It glides on smoothly and easily, but it does smudge. Maybe it's because I am asian, and my eyelids are not like others, but it did smudge onto the lower eyelid. However, I didn't put on eye primer, which may have made a difference.

I do not like this product as when you sharpen it, it is so soft that the tip keeps breaking and then the line is too thick. This product would be better used for blending, not as an eye liner.

I have tons of eyeliner pencils that fail for one reason or another (too dry, uneven, always breaks), but this one is PERFECT! I just bought it and didn't realize the label said "liquid" so I was taken aback when it went on like a liquid. Because I'm over 50, my lids have little wrinkles in them but this stuff gets in and makes the line look really smooth. LOVE IT!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

My daughter loves the first three uses of this but it does not sharpen well. (It took us quite a while to figure out that even though the bottom twists, that it needs to be sharpened) We have not been able to get a usable tip from this pencil when sharpened. We even gave it a second chance, thinking she had not sharpened the first one correctly the first time. I am very disappointed and will not buy this product again!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I feel that the product is too wet of a liquid to be a pencil eyeliner. If it were a drier liquid I think it would be a better product and easier to apply.

Very easy to apply, no flakes! I've been using Clinique Quickliner Intense and I find this eyeliner to be easier and smoother to apply. It lasts all day with the color not smudging or fading. Great price, also!
