I have rosacea. I have used the Clarisonic brush for 3 years now. It has greatly improved my skins appearance. It has not been this soft since I was a teenager. I started out with the regular brushead, which removed a lot of dead skin in the beginning. But it was too harsh once I got down to new skin layers. So I switched to the delicate and it's never let me down. For me, it only lasts about 45 days and then I have to change it.

I purchased this brush head after using my Clarisonic for a few weeks with the sensitive brush head, which it came with. With the sensitive brush head I found that my cheeks were red/irritated and I was developing dry patches on my cheeks. Other reviews of the Clarisonic suggested switching to the delicate brush head and this totally did the trick. I no longer have any irritation on my face and my skin looks the best it ever has, people compliment it all the time.

I used to use the sensitive or normal brush head and it was too harsh for my skin. The face is such delicate skin to begin with that I needed a delicate brush head to be able to use my Clarisonic every day. I caused some capillary damage on my cheek from using a brush daily that was too harsh for my skin. This still gets the job done but in a gentler way. I only use my clarisonic once a day now or alternate days. I would recommend this brush head for anyone. Capillary damage is permanent, so why not use a gentler product and make sure you are not pressing your brush into your skin at all.

This brush head is much gentler than the sensitive skin brush head. It won't cause irritation or breakouts.

I much prefer this brush head to the sensitive skin brush head. In my opinion, those with sensitive skin would do better starting off with this brush head than the sensitive skin brush head.

I used to use the sensitive skin brush head but it would irritate my skin and I started breaking out more and my skin being irritated by it would get red bumps along my cheeks and my forehead.

If you've had these problems, try this brush head because this one works wonderfully with my delicate skin, I use it daily and it doesn't irritate my skin at all and does the job very well :) hope this helps

I bought my Clarisonic a three weeks ago and after using the Sensitive brush head on my skin for two days (only once a day) my skin was bumpy, red and burning. I didn't use it for a week and then I used it again thinking that I could maybe only use it once a week...still too rough. I found the delicate brush online and decided to try it because I did not want to give up on the Clarisonic yet. I may have started using the delicate brush head too soon since my skin was still sort of pink from my last run with the sensitive brush head because now my skin is red and burning again. I guess I'll have to wait another week before I give it a try again but as far as I can tell the delicate brush head is far softer and more gentle than the sensitive brush head.

I use my Clarisonic every night to take my makeup off. It does not irritate my skin (and I do have sensitive skin).
