After I turned 30 my face started breaking out and I could not get it to clear up. I tried several different facial regimens and could not get it under control. It was so frustrating! I had a facial while I was visiting the store and after we were done she suggested I try this and in the past week my face is already significantly better! My husband has even noticed that it looks better!

This product seems to be less abrasive than AntiBac Clearing Wash. I usually use Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser and love it! However, I had run out of Dermal Clay Cleanser and all my normal Dermalogica products; I was using another professional product line and being really lazy (skipping washing my face at night)... So my skin had broke out and had a lot of congestion and large pores. Also it is winter in Chicago and I am in my 30's so even though my skin is oily, I can get dry patches if I use acne products daily. (That's why I love dermal clay for everyday. But do to my laziness and using other products my face was a congested mess) I saw the Clean Start line and decided to give it a try. It is perfect! It has the power to clear my skin up without over drying or irritating my face! My skin cleared up in 3 days! I am continuing to use clean start and I bought the rest of the line! This is great for anyone who has moderate breakouts but also needs a little bit of moister. So if you are oily and have a few breakouts give this cleanser a try! (And use the rest of the Clean Start line as directed.) If you are oily, but don't have many breakouts, I recommend sticking with Dermal Clay Cleanser and Oil Control Lotion (mixed with solar defense booster for daytime). If you have major breakouts and congestion I recommend the Dermalogica MediBac line. But if you are like me, and your teenage skin has followed you into your 30's, Clean Start will work for you! *OH, I don't use the Clean Start toner. I don't like the smell, and prefer the AgeSmart flash firming toner (because I'm in my 30's and need to throw in a few anti aging products! ;)

I was looking for a good dermalogica face wash that was for acne. I love their other washes but didn't have the money for the big bottle I normally use of clearing skin wash.
I noticed this product was great not only for my face but chest arms and back as well. I was happy with the price and amount of product so I gave it a try.
Smells a bit strong of citrus but I like it.
Has a convieniant pop top as well.
I'll go back to my big $60.00 bottled after its gone tho
I do recomend this product

i love this prouduct it smells amazing i could already tell a difference in the way my skin looked and felt i switched over to this from ceaphil and im never going back to cetaphil this is amazing definetley going to repurchase this!!!!!

I never really had any issues throughout life with acne until I got an iud (Mirena). After trying my old brands, especially Ori*gi*ns and others that had higher amounts of salicyclic acid they were not working to my dismay and my wallet's! I tried this, and my acne cleared up within a few days! It does not over dry my skin, and feels it leaving soft and refreshed and glowing! The best part is for the price, it will last months, you only need a drop! It will last much longer than any drugstore face wash and works much better! I recommend using it with their overnight moisturizer. A little pricey (the moisturizer), but well worth it!

I like this cleanser so much I have repurchased it 3 times. I use it twice daily on most days and it lasts me for a few months. It doesn't take much product to get the job done. Before I started using this I would get occasional acne but now I almost never get breakouts. Smells like citrus. It is pricey but I think it is worth it.
