I've tried other products but this treatment pack works miracles! I have medium to coarse (Asian) hair so I use once a month and leave it on for 2 hours each time. It leaves my hair soft, smooth and smelling good. The only problem; by the next day after washing, blow dry and a hot iron, it's coarse again. My hair stylist recommended I use it once a week so I'm going to give it a try. Although my hair feels soft for only a day, I will still continue to use it as it feels healthier that day. Thank you Redken for a wonderful product!

My hair changed, became drier. My stylist said try this product, using it along with the shampoo & regular conditioner and I could not imagine being without it. Really did a great job on my hair.

Nothing I had tried was helping how dry & frizzy my hair was. This product worked great. My hair felt great & smelled great.
I have recently started using it after switching from Redken Extreme, and obviously hasn't seen any results yet. I like the smell and the texture though.

I have never used a hair mask deep conditioning treatment before. I was always using regular conditioners as deep conditioners. Let me tell you this mask is the truth! I have very curly/coily natural hair and this product made my coils curl up so beautifully from all the moisture that it put back into my hair. I co-washed my hair and then put this product on. I left it on for about 30min and washed it out, even though it says you can leave on for 5-15 min or something like that. When i was done my hair felt absolutely amazing and was freaking gourgeous. I <3 this product!

It States on the package to use for 5-15 minutes. I maybe used it for 2 and my hair was extremely soft. I have straight /medium thickness hair.
