I was looking for an eyeliner for tightlineing. This was what the sales lady reccomended, and because of it being an 'insiders liner' I decided to buy it. When i applied it looked grey, so i went over it a few times to acheive the black i wanted, which i didnt mind. But i'm so glad I tested on a day off because after about 3 hours I had severe raccoon eyes. All of the liner from my top lid traveled to the bottom :( will be returning it tomorrow

I love eye liner. I have tried it all. This is a very good product. It will smudge if you do not use a powder or powder makeup first. I use this as an eyeliner, not a waterline pencil. I wish there were more colors.

This eyeliner is so easy to put on & stays on all day until I remove it. I have never found anything I like as well as this product.

I love eyeliner. I have probably tried every brand out there from cheap to expensive brands. I like to apply eyeliner to my top lid and in my water line of my bottom lashes. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because by the end of the day I did have black smudges under my eyes. But I received many compliments the first time I tried the eyeliner on. The color really does POP!

This is the best eyeliner out there. It's easy to apply, sits naturally in the eye without looking like it was painted on or artificial, blends smoothly & can be vibrant or soft, last all day, it doesn't irritate the eye & the price is great for what you get. It honestly doesn't get any better.

This product claimed to be waterproof, and stays put ... I put it on my inner rim - blinked and I instantly had black smudges under my bottom lashes. It instantly transferred to my lower lid and beyond. I will go back to my Bare Escentuals.

I love this eye liner. It goes on so easily and can last a whole day at work. The only down fall to this eye liner is it can run but that is easily fixed but applying a line of foundation under the eye liner to prevent smudging or runs!!

This product does exactly what it advertises - it perfectly lines the waterline. It goes on so much easier than other pencils!

It does fade as the day goes on- so it's important to set with a powder.
