It says you are not supposed to put the heated mask on your eyes, but I heated it and let it cool down enough so not to burn my eyes. It REALLY helped my sinus headache and pressure!! Cold works great too!!

Used this both cold & hot for various types of headaches. Found the heat works best for sinus & tension...if it doesn't seem to last very long just heat it up again but one time usually relieves the pressure. Better than loading up on sinus meds daily at certain times of the year. My migraines require Rx meds but using this along with them really helps. I've tried other masks & this one beats them hands down!
