It's easy to apply, if you want to fix the color and prevent it from running, apply color powder with a brush to finish. Excellent for the price, no need to spend more on brand names that give you the same results.

i use this product everyday on my waterline to brighten my eyes. i love it so much. it glides on very easy and the color is vibrant. one thing that is not so great is that it fades throughout the day (not very much but it does fade)

This liner was alright. For the price I didn't expect too much. I will say that it works better than most drug store liners. I am always trying to find a cheaper liner than the more expensive liner's that I use, trying to save money. Guess I will keep searching...
