When skin is cut, collagen fibers within the dermis break. Part of the injured collagen fiber is composed of a chain of specialized amino acid peptides that send a chemical message to the collagen producing cells (fibroblasts), which makes them return to the area, produce collagen and repair the wound. I suffer from incredibly dry skin most of the year (especially bad this past autumn & winter) and an Ulta worker actually recommended this to me. Sure it's expensive but I swear by this stuff!
You smooth it over your face and any flakes you have just disappear! Sounds too good to be true but it does; I think basically what's going on is the cream flattens the flaky skin as it hydrates. Afterwards you use your favorite moisturizer and you're good to go! It doesn't clog pores - it doesn't break me out - and it sits beautifully under foundation (I use CK One foundation and the combo looks completely natural. I feel like I should also add that I am only nineteen so I'm not sure how well this product works for wrinkles themselves, but since I've been using it I haven't seen any! ;)

Once I hit 40 my skin changed and no moisturizer seemed to be working without causing breakouts. This one keeps my skin moisturized, but not greasy. I use the wrinkle cleanser #1 and love the combination. In only 1 week I feel such a difference in my skin.

I was introduced to this because a lot of brands break my skin out. This did not break me out at all and to my surprise I could actually see the results. I could visibly see the wrinkles on my face and chest disappear. So I am now hooked. I also like to pair it with a good moisturizer for best results. I like benefit's, total moisture facial cream. To me the combination is skin heaven.
