Only complaint is that it caused mild acne for the week after use. I'm assuming due to clogged pores. I'll wash with anti-acne facewash next time. Other than that, worked wonderfully at removing hair!

Dont ever buy this product. I brought this product from my eyebrows, and da....m i was like its peeling everywhere, and it dont take the hairs off like it suppose to. You get this sticky substance on your face as you peel off. I threw this product in the garbage. The product need to be taken off the market

I bought this to wax my upper lip area. I used two strips, one for the right side and one for the left side since hair grows differently on each side. I did not see any hair removed on either side of the strip when I waxed my upper lip. I decided to wax my chin area and the strip picked up all of the hair on the chin part. I'm not sure if it didn't work on the lip area because the hair is a little more coarse or if it wasn't long enough, but it didn't work. I'll try again when my hair grows a little longer and update my review at that point.
