Yes, I know I put Doesn't Run and Runs or Smudges. But it's really both! On top lash line, this stuff will stay put through rain, sleet, and snow. On the bottom lash line, it does run a little bit on my oily skin. However, I feel like this stuff stays put as well as you can reasonable expect liner to.

Applied with an angle brush, you can get a really nice cat eye, thick line, or thin line.

Never irritates my eyes.

This product is not a good consistency. It is dry in the jar and doesn't go on the brush easily. It flakes onto my face as I am applying it at the lash line. I have tried to use more and less product and find it too difficult to control the amount going on the brush.

I would buy this again, great product! Was using Bobbi Brown but it dries out before you use half the container.

I came out looking for gel liner with no prior experience. I LOVE this product! I was at first nervous to use it since I am used to using pencils and not good at using liquid eye liner, but I look like a total professional when it is applied to my face. I really love it. I'm definitely going to buy more colors!

I use a small flat brush to apply and it goes on very easily and smoothly. It takes a few minutes to set, but then I'm good for the day and into the evening. Previously, I've tried a lot of pencils and liquid liners, but this one stays put better than anything else I've tried.

I use this with a stiff brush to line my eyes. I love the purple: it's dark enough that it doesn't seem too wild, but brings out the green in my hazel eyes. It's a nice change from brown or black liner.

I've been using this on and off for about 5 years now. It's a great eyeliner, but it does tend to dry out a bit. Recently, the one I had dried out, so I stirred it, and that somehow broke some of the chemical bonds in the product. I didn't add anything to it. The result was a very creamy product - much more gel-like than the original. It's not totally a bad thing, but I have to take great care in applying it now, because of the lighter consistency. It goes on smoothly and lasts all day. So much so that I have to use jojoba oil to take it off. This stuff will not come off with just the usual makeup wipe. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long lasting heavy duty liner.
