This hair dryer was great. My hair was smooth and it dried my hair fast. However as I was drying my hair, a very loud crackling noise came out of the hairdryer and the vibration made me drop it, I unplugged it right away. There were broken pieces inside the unit. It seems kind of dangerous. I have heard the other models are good.

This was the best blow dryer I have ever used until yesterday when it broke. Less than 18 months of use. I had recommended it to friends but now regret that as it is of such poor quality. $$$ blow dryer should be an investment in a long term appliance.

It did dry my hair quickly...until it broke after 3 and a half months of use. So I paid over $100 for a hair dryer that broke not long after I bought it. What a waste. This dryer is trash and a complete waste of money. I'm looking forward to getting my money back and switching to a whole new brand that I can rely on and that's dependable. This brand is neither reliable nor dependable and that is VERY disappointing. I'm telling everyone I know not to buy this brand ever!

Loved this hairdryer until it broke... twice! Much like other reviews on this site, mine broke in Sept 2009. Customer service was fabulous and sent me a new one (with hair products). Then in March 2010 the replacement broke! T3 again replaced my hairdryer and upgraded me to the Featherweight because of "an overwhelming demand for the Pink Pro Dryer". They also waived the $14.95 warranty shipping and handling fee since the replacement broke. Also, I had so many problems with the concentrator nozzle as well; it kept falling off. Again, customer service was great and sent me new ones at no cost. I have recommended this hairdryer to friends - it works great; dries quickly and makes my hair shiny, silky and smooth. Somedays I can get by without even using a flat iron. However, be wary that it will likely break!

I bought this at Ulta in may 2009 and it stopped working in December 2009. I had registered it with T3 and sent it back per the warranty. Well, they replaced it (upgraded me) to a T3 featherweight which I like more.They also sent me some full size T3 products also so I was happy and loved the customer service...but would recommend the featherweight instead. Also on the pink pro dryer the nozzle always came off.

This hairdryer is literally amazing. It makes my hair so shiny and healthy and it's QUICK!! I have super thick, wavy hair and when I blow dry with a round brush I don't even need to run a flat iron over it. It's really lightweight and does cut down my drying time (usually it takes me an hour to blow dry with a round brush, with this it takes me 35 mins!!) I used to only use drug store brands and I can tell a HUGE difference between this dryer and cheaper ones.
With that said, the concentrator attachment sucks. It always falls off if I put the slightest pressure on it, but it's something I personally can live with. I took off one point of the rating just for that reason! Otherwise it would be perfect.
HEADS UP - with my first one of these it lasted less than a year (I believe there's a 2 year warranty on this) but I didn't register the product or keep my receipt so I was kind of out of luck. If you get this dryer BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT as T3 will honor its warranty.
Overall it's a GREAT product and it has done wonders for my hair!

I bouth this dryer because of T3's reputation. I didn't want to pay for the pricier featherweight and thought this may be a good option. The dryer is very lightweight and dries well, but after a couple of uses, the concentrator nozzle constantly falls off. It used to only fall off if pressure was applied when it was hot. Now, after 20 or so uses, I look at it and it falls off....at least 3-4 times per dry. I will be returning this dryer and trying something else.

I really wanted to fall in love with this dryer but quite honestly, I just think it's an expensive Pink blowdryer. I have natural wavy super thick hair that tends to frizz. I had such high hopes for this and was dissappointed. I did not return the product since I needed a new dryer anyway.
