I have very thick hair, and this dryer gets the job done. It dries quickly when I straighten my hair, and the diffuser works well when I wear it curly. It is fairly lightweight, the controls are easy to manage, and it's quieter than my last dryer. Plus it's pink!

I've had several dryers over the years, and all of them (but one) were heavier; the last one was turbo-blast to boot, even on low (and it did not have different heat settings), which was frying my fine hair and making the waves frizz out. I picked this up with an Ulta coupon, and have been completely pleased with the purchase! Curls intact, no frizz, wish that I hadn't waited so long to replace the last one :)
